About Us
Empowering Children through Education
Dular Foundation was founded in 2016 by Shanti Preeti Jain with a focus to teach under privileged children who were engaged in picking garbage from street to earn their livelihood. Education is the basis of development; thus, we empower these kids to enhance their future. We started with 10 kids and now teaching 90 kids across 3 different slums within Jaipur. Dular Foundation focuses on providing good quality education along with exposure to various awareness based and fun-filled events. We are committed to our vision of Empowering Children through Education. In March 2019, Dular Foundation was registered under “The Rajasthan Societies Registration Act No. 28, 1958. All donations made to Dular Foundation will be allocated and dispersed as per the need of ongoing and future projects. Said projects are aimed towards the betterment of underprivileged children in Jaipur. In 2024, Dular Foundation received provisional registration under Section 80G and 12A. All donations are exempted under section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961.
Our Initiatives
Health and Hygiene
We run campaigns to create awareness around health and hygiene. We have run medical camps in collaboration with a few doctors, dental check up camps, menstrual hygiene camps, etc.
Education
We are on a mission to teach under privileged kids and currently we have 90+ children at 3 different locations within Jaipur. We are continuously adding more kids to our classes.
Festival Donation Drives
We celebrate festivals with our kids and their families. Every year, we run donation drives to provide Sweets and Diyas on Diwali, Colors/ Pichkari on Holi, Warm clothes/ blankets during winters, food donation, etc.

Shanti Preeti Jain
Shanti Preeti Jain is a passionate advocate for equal access to quality education, firmly believing that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. With an unwavering commitment to making a difference, she has dedicated her life's work to ensuring that no child is left behind. Driven by a deep sense of compassion and empathy, she recognized the urgent need to address the educational disparities faced by marginalized communities. Her unwavering determination led to the establishment of Dular Foundation, which has since become a beacon of hope for countless children and their families. Her visionary approach has not only focused on academic excellence but also on holistic development. She understands that education extends beyond the classroom, and have championed initiatives that promote health, well-being, and life skills development among the children.
